Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 17 July 2026

Welcome to Coding Stellix. These terms describe the simple rules for using this website β€” reading the tutorials, downloading the code, leaving comments and getting in touch. By using the site you're agreeing to them, so here they are in plain language.

About this site

Coding Stellix is run by Harji Ram Chauhan and publishes web development tutorials, creative coding projects and related content. The site is offered free of charge for learning and building.

Using the free code

The whole point of this site is that you take the code and build with it. So:

  • You may use the published snippets and projects in personal and commercial work β€” client websites, your own products, school assignments, anything.
  • You may modify the code however you like. It's yours to adapt.
  • A link back or credit to Coding Stellix is appreciated, but it is not required.
  • The one thing you may not do is republish the tutorials themselves β€” copying a full post (text, images and code together) to another website or selling the tutorials as your own is not allowed. Use the code, write your own words.

No guarantees on the code

Every project is tested before it's published, but code that works in one setup can behave differently in another β€” different themes, plugins, browsers and versions all matter. All code and content here is provided "as is", without any warranty. You are responsible for testing anything you take from this site before using it in production. Coding Stellix is not liable for any loss or damage caused by using the code or following the tutorials.

Comments

Comments are open so people can ask questions and help each other. Keep it respectful β€” spam, self-promotion links, abusive language or off-topic content will be removed without notice. You are responsible for what you post; by commenting you confirm your comment doesn't break any law or copy someone else's work.

Freelance work

If you hire me for a project through the contact page, the details β€” scope, price, timeline and payment β€” are agreed separately between us in writing before work starts. These website terms don't replace that agreement; they just cover the use of this site.

Your account with third parties

Some content links to or embeds other platforms β€” YouTube, GitHub, Instagram, TikTok and similar. Anything you do on those platforms (watching, commenting, following) is governed by their terms, not these.

Intellectual property

The Coding Stellix name, logo, site design and the written tutorials belong to me. The published code is free to use as described above. Third-party libraries or assets mentioned in tutorials belong to their respective owners and carry their own licences β€” always check those before commercial use.

Ads and affiliate links

The site may show advertisements or contain affiliate links, which help keep the content free. If a post contains an affiliate link, it costs you nothing extra β€” the store simply shares a small commission. Recommendations are always based on what I actually find useful, never on who pays.

Changes to the site or these terms

Content may be updated, moved or removed at any time as the site grows. These terms may also change occasionally β€” the date at the top always shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Contact

Questions about these terms, or want permission for something not covered here (like translating a tutorial)? Just ask through the contact page β€” I'm usually happy to say yes when someone asks first.
